Upgrading your account is easy, it requires just two verifications (Identity verification and address verification)
All you need to do is open the Sparkle app > tap on your profile picture > account verification > verify Id.
After your ID has been successfully verified, you will be able to verify your address.
Just go tap verify your address, put in your detailed address and you'll get a confirmation once it's submitted successfully.
Please note that both verifications take 3-5 working days to complete.
