Upgrading your account is easy as it requires just two verifications (Identity verification and address verification)
All you need to do is open the Sparkle app > tap on your profile picture > account verification > verify Id.
After your ID has been successfully verified, you will be able to verify your address.
Just go through the same process, tap on your profile picture > account verification > verify your address.
Please note that both verifications take 3-5 working days to complete.
