How does it work?

The virtual account you create for your customers is associated with your Sparkle business account or personal account.  

 

When your customers transfer funds to a designated virtual account, it triggers the creation of a transaction record on your transaction page, just like any other transaction conducted through cards, banks, USSD, and similar methods. 

  

Additionally, you will receive email notifications for this transaction, and it will be recorded on your Sparkle dashboard. 

  

Consider the dedicated virtual account as an additional payment channel for your business. 


Now, customers have the option to make payments to you through a straightforward bank transfer using the assigned account number, simplifying the payment collection process and providing easy tracking capabilities.
