You can create your account with this link https://virtualaccounts.sparkle.ng/ , fill in the requested documents & details then submit for verification, time frame on verification is within 1 to 2 working days.
If the document verification is successful, your account is verified and created, then you can access the portal to start collecting payment.
if it was not successful, an email will be sent to you letting you know to resubmit the correct requirements.
